Knock, knock

Ben: Monkey
Us: Monkey who?
Ben: Monkey chasing the banana (pronounced boo-nana)!

This is Ben's latest knock, knock joke. We were trying to teach him the banana, banana, orange you glad I didn't say banana joke but he decided to change it up and make the joke all his own. I'm not sure I really get it, but he thinks it's pretty darned funny. It's even just as funny the 4th time in a row that he's said it as it was the 1st. I guess he's entered into that goofy, goonie boy stage that will serve him all through the preteen years. What a goober!
